This is a Member's Stick Pin Badge. The badge was awarded by Dai Nippon (The Great Japan) Butoku Kai which was a martial arts society which many members of the Japanese Imperial army and navy were part of.
This organization was established on April 17, 1895 and abolished on October 31, 1946. The stated purpose of this organization was to promote the martial arts and educate the populace in the fighting arts while the larger goal was to strengthen the bodies and spirits of the Japanese through the practice of the various martial skills.
A wonderful addition to any military collection.
We are more than happy to combine multiple orders to help save money on shipping.
