Japanese Army Side Cap, Sacred treasure medal, IJA Arisaka Nambu

Description

Here's a named Japanese Army IJA side cap for EM/NCO that is original.  The strapping around the back has been replaced with a period gas mask strap.  The button the left side has pulled away.  I one know the family name, but have lost that info.... perhaps I can locate that info.

Also, is a 7th class, Order of the Scared Treasure medal in case with lapel button.  The 8th class is the lowest rank of these, and this 7th is considerably less common than an 8th.
